Default My new car....picking up saturday

I dont have any pix yet but if everything looks alright on the car I will be buying a 2001 Buick Regal GS saturday. As the Bonne'* still in the shop till the tranny issue gets straightened out (more on that later) I have been stuck driving my 1991 Lumina Euro SBE (Special Beater Edition) and have been contemplating getting a new (pre owned) car anyway. I will DEFINITALY be KEEPING the Bonne so no one ask if you can buy her!!!
By the way the Bui is equippet with the SER2 3800 L67, and when the warranty is up she will be recieving a full complement of Intense and Thrasher as well as SLP components. It will be nice to have a REAL aftermarket for a car for a change. I will keep everyone updated also as the Bonne undergoes surgery once she gets back from the dreaded dealer. I have plans on installing the Austrailian holden cam (cant think of the brand) that DrJay has found for us as well as the higher lift roller rockers, I will tear down the block get the heads ported/polished/port matched to the lower intake manifold, which will be ported and polished as well. I will also put in some Z28 springs and retainers. Im going for a powerband up to 6000 RPM and hope to do it right! Its about time one of us 94-95 guys gets to steppin up the ante. My goal.....simple to be the fastest 94-95 SSEi

I didn't even know Camaro springs will fit the Bonnie.. damm.. I wanted to lower my ride and stiffen it to compensate for the lowering without cutting springs or clamping springs..

He'* talking about valve springs -not suspension springs. Sorry -but yeah, that would be sweet if the Camaro springs fit the H-bodies.

Im pickin her up for $12,900 its got 61K on the odo. kbb.com says its worth $13,300 and the dealer has no haggle pricing, so once again I will pay almost full retail price for a car LOL.....I got the Bonne for 200 under kbb at the time.

Yes Drifter420 valve springs...sorry I didnt make it clear....but youre right some suspension mods for a Bonne with load levaling would be GREAT.......On another note, I have already found LOTS of susspension mods for the Bui Watch out everyone another L67 is in the Hizouse

I bought the Bui today....ended up getting it for the sale price of 11,400 so I got an extended warranty for 60,000 miles. Its a very nice car but I still want my Bonne to be fixed! The Bui under acceleration is kinda like a commercial jet plane on takeoff, a little whine and pretty quet but it puts you back in the seat. Boost gauge blows!! Digital reading is too slow to keep up with the boost, but ill remedy that with a pillar pod and an autometer! Onstar...should I pay to get it or not?

I miss HUD and steering wheel controls (although the Bonnes hardly work till I toothpickize them to fix em) I also miss the roar and shreek of that SER1 L67.....But the Bui should be doing that soon enough....soon enough my friend soon enough....MWAHAHAHAHAHA It is all coming together hehehe
