Honestly...with everything named above using power...and so much spare room in the panel...
I'd have an electrican out and add a few dedicated circuits to the computers etc. That way if you kick on the heater and other things you can't possibly disrupt the computers if you move things around.

I think I will replace the 15 with a new 15 and see what happens. If the problem continues I will have to bite the bullet and pay an electrician a few thousand to come upgrade the box.
Thank for all your advice and info.

Breakers do wear out with age, should not be an issue here, or when running at max current draw for extended periods of time. I would replace with a new 15 amp breaker and see if that cures the problem.

Yes they do wear out. some sooner than others. replace it with another 15 amp.only
by the way... an electric space heaters, toasters and an cloths Iron use the most electricity than just about anything else in your house.
you may want to run a heavy extention cord from another power source
for when you need the heater.

Well the bonus room over the Garage is hard to keep either warm or cool so I have the space heater in the winter and a A/C on wheels for the summer for that room. Running a long cord is not an option. I am hoping the 15 amp just got weak and went bad. Since I have no short and know I am drawing alot of power I wanted to just do the 20 amp switch but I will play it safe. I just hope I dont get raped by the electrican that has to add more power to my boxe. I dont know anything about these types of things.
Thanks again
