Oh come on, I wouldn't rip on the site completely. Yeah, it'* stalker net, if you let it be but, it has its built in safety nets. For as much information about people that is on there, I have to say, the way you can and can't access it is pretty good.
It'* as addicting as heck when you start looking up people who you haven't heard from in forever. I found a lot of my classmates and old friend who I had always wondered where they were. Its also funny to see who will add you. There are plenty of people out there that use it as something other then what it is, but really if you let it, you it can be a great way to get connected and stay connected to people.

As much as I am pessimistic and angry at the world, Facebook seems to be more reputable then something like Myspace, which just appears to be another online popularity contest and cyber cliques.
Dont let this thread get out of hand people...just a warning.

I agree Jim. MySpace is a mess compared to Facebook. There'* still popularity contests, and some stalkers, but most people just use it to join up with friends. It'* kinda fun.

On a side note, saying that more people use it to stalk people out is like saying that over half of the registered users are stalkers or have stalking tendencies. Kinda depressing view on society, do you think?
