My friend'* crazy Camaro paint job.
First time I saw this car, I thought it was horrid, then I found out my friend drove it since then its grown on me a little more each time I see it. I like the replica Z06 wheels myself.
Its a little dirty in the pics, but you get the idea.

It obviously turns heads like nobodys business, hence the license plate. First ragtop ive ever ridden in much, makes me want one, it really does.
Just thought Id share.

Posts like a Camaro
I liked that paint for about a day when it first came out. I just don't like the multiple colors. It'* kind of like a tiedie shirt. I just want a uniform color that doesn't change with the angle. It would be one thing if the entire car changed color depending on the light, but it'* seeing different parts of the car in different colors that turns me off. It kind of reminds me of the 80'* Cadillac Seville I see around town that was recently painted with every panel in a different color. :?

Teehee! I've seen an Intrepid around town with a similar 'job. It looks like hell on the Intrepid....I'd look twice at the Camaro for sure, but you'd have to kill me in order to get that paint anywhere near my car.

I like a more uniform color myself, but to each their own. I think he said the paint alone cost about 6 grand. He was trying to think of some sort of striping job to do to it. I suggested perhaps a very very light silver sriping, perhaps some ghost flames or something of that nature.
Hes had it in a couple carshows, and he said that the everyday people just love it, but since its almost entirely stock, it never wins anything. The only other mods are a Flowmaster muffler, and I think an underdrive crank pulley, oh and a drop-in K&N.
Its definetely a conversation piece though, Ill give it that much.

I think ghost flames would be almost impossible with that paint. I mean, what color would you ghost on it???
Definitely just show car paint, though.... At a local car show when that stuff first came out, though, they had a lawn tractor painted up. That looked cool!!!
