Woke up today, a bit stiff, had to leave work at 930 this morning, was having small neck muscle spazms, sat at the chiropractor for a bit, had some severely painful spazms, i actually had to to twice today. I sit here now with a hot pack on my neck, stiff as hell, if i move it slightly it tosses me into severe neck spazms.
He did a nerve scan, turns out my upper neck and nevers are all displaying trouble..
Hurray 109 dollars for that today and another 109 tomorrow..i will get it all back though under my health plan
Still doesnt change the fact that I HURT :?

Perfect cure : Find a nice long road that'* not icy and go for a full boost run. Makes me feel better every time

hahaha, i was driving VERY easily on the way back today, nice long stops, boost gage probably never went over-5 lbs lol..however when my dad drove me the second time in the bonneville, gage got to see +8 bah, bad idea lol

Good thing you like her cuz you've just about paid her salary this week. What in the world did you do to your neck to cause such spasms?
I had a doctor that was also a chiropractor and anytime I would go see him (for whatever reason- cold, ear infection, etc.) he would pop the bones in my neck and back. It was wonderful. To this day I crack my neck and back just by stretching.
