100% agree too. My old clunker phone locked up on me so I went to the Verizon store with a sad face. Not because my phone died, but because I'd be forced to get some ridiculous do everything phone.
Luckily enough, they had a free replacement on my phone!
The lady at the counter thought she was funny when she said "You don't have to worry about us running out of that phone. Everyone hates that model because it has no features."

Okay, just so I don't sound hypocritical...I do have a Razor and do occasionally enjoy the camera and what not. But I don't need my phone to play MP3s, I like having my Zen, and I don't need my phone to keep a calender (I can't stand not having a paper planner) and the like. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my tech gadgets, but I kinda like having them in numbers so combining them into one thing is not really my cup of tea. Give me a cute, hip phone that is a just a phone any time!
