AVG FREE is a good free anti-virus and I use Mozilla Firebird for a webrowser and tend to use ad-aware for spy ware you might wann look into or use the 30 day trial of system mechanic

Get Rid of Kazaa NOW!! It is nothing but spyware and will detroy even a broadband connection. If you must use P2P, use Kazaa Lite.
