I was at Autozone with a friend, just showing him various things on my engine...and this guy comes up and just stands there for a while. I thought he was being nosy but he was interested in the car...

He complimented the car'* condition, and also thought it was really unique what I had done, he had never seen an H-Body LeSabre modified before. I can understand that, I'm pretty sure mine is the only modified H-body in the county, if not the entire half of the state...

He invited me to bring my car and showcase it in a local monthly car show he runs, and I accepted. I'm very excited, I've never had a car that was worthy of being featured in a show...

So the next few days are going to be spent getting it prepared. Today I did the engine, tomorrow is the interior, and Saturday will be spent cleaning the outside of the car. The show is at 5:00 Saturday night.

The show went very well! There were a lot of people very interested in the LeSabre.
