I think the only one with a built in fm transmitter is the samsung/napster one. Better off buying a dell dj or something, hook it the belkin fm transmitter.

I've never seen a combo unit personally, my preference is the little gizmo I have in each car. It'* an FM modulator that you hook your device (any device including DVDs or Laptops, not just CD/MP3 units and the like, and also has a USB port to plug in a memory stick with MP3'* on it if you prefer.
The beauty is that it supplies the 5V from this USB port if I need to use my laptop accessories (like the cool little snake-light) or charge my PDA. It'* small, unobtrusive, works well, and was cheap. Looks OEM, or close to it. I have one in each car. You can run it in any standard cig lighter.
This is the one I have, but I bought both of mine for 20 something at a couple local stores:

Note that the unit is NOT blue. It'* a good match for the interior.
It can be seen in my 93 in these vids (sorry, no pic, hold on tight, and turn the volume up):

The third time you watch these, you can really see how nicely they hold the nice keychain, and match the interior dash color.

Comes in handy for DVD'* on long trips. Either off the Laptop (the ultimate MP3 source as well) or the Mini-DVD player. If I've seen the movie, I can drive and listen, and it'* like watching it again without watching it. The sound quality, especially in the 93 is phenomenal.
