Apparently this is in Yellowstone and it really stinks of sulfur.

Its been a while, but I think my family and I saw it years and years ago. You can tell by it'* rings that it'* slowly producing less and less water. Sad, but still a VERY nice pic! Thanks for the memories!

Awesome PIC!!! I read that it is indeed producing less water because idiot tourists keep throwing things into it. It'* a shame people can't leave natural beauty like this alone. Nothing else like it in the world and people are bent on f'in it up. It has erupted in the past and cleaned itself out. Let'* hope that continues.

When I went to Hawaii a few years back, I visited Pearl Harbor, and on one of the ships where people still remained in the hulls, I think it was the SS Arizona, but I could be wrong. I leaned over the railing (which they frown on) and stretched my arm out and took a pic down one of the exhaust vents that was sticking out of the water. When I looked at the picture on my camera I was pissed to see how much garbage and trash had been thrown down there!! I was telling a friend of mine how this place was a grave site and how disrespectful it was for people to treat it any less than that!
