Every morning, I wake up, and I smoke a cigarette. And then I eat five strips of bacon. And for lunch, I eat a bacon sandwich. And for a midday snack?

I made the following for my wife'* birthday (she'* a Christmas baby):
1 can Lite Spam, cubed
1 can tomato sauce
1 can green beans, drained
3 cups prepared white rice
Fry the Spam in a pan, then mix in the tomato sauce and green beans. Cover and let heat while preparing the rice. Spoon the Spam mixture over a bowl full of white rice and eat! She got this recipe from her mother, who was full-blooded Chamorro (from Guam).

As a General class Ham operator, I take offense to this. The name should be changed to "Attractivly shaped and tastily cooked pork"
