K...

What you need:
1: Get the Big Tortillas.
2: 1.5lbs of ground Beef if just making Beef,
or 1lbs of Beef and two Chicken Brest.
3: Two small cans of enchilada sauce or one Big.
4: 16oz of Sharpe cheddar cheese.
5: Jalapenos
6: Taco Seasoning

Steps:
1: Cook beef and or Chicken. (put Taco Seasoning on chicken when cooking)
2: In a Pan for the beef or chicken, Mix in the Taco Seasoning (beef) and then add some of the enchilada sauce, then add about 3-4oz of the Cheese.
Do the same with chicken once cooked and chopped up.
*Make sure you dont add to much water, you dont want the chicken or beef to be runny*
3: Stuff the Tortillas with the meet. and place on BIG pan.
4: Put the Jalapenos on top of the enchiladas (if you want to)
5: Cover the whole top of each enchilada with the enchilada sauce.
6: Cover all the enchiladas with the rest of the cheese.
7: Bake at 350*F for 15-20min.

Done
