The misadventures of Mouse in Iraq
I'm going to have to side with Trent and say plugged fuel filter or injectors. I would guess that once the car warms up and tries to idle at 600 instead of 1100 it dies. That'* my guess. Anyone else have a different opinion?
Well even if I turn the key on and off a few times to cycle the pump it has a better chance of running about 3 second longer LOL. It even dies even if I start it and put my foot to the floor. It'll just run at 4k RPM for 2-5 seconds instead of start and immediate die.
Fuel flow issue, serious blockage it my guess, when was the last time the filter was replaced?
:* I've never heard of fuel filter change that often. That'* a lot. I'd believe you if you said 50k though.
Either way though, if there is a right up on the fuel filter I'll email it to the wife and see if she wants to attempt it.

Oh, got this picture from my buddy. I met him via an Air Force forum that I'm on. Never met him before this day. He happened to the loadmaster on the plane that flew us from Qatar to Balad, Iraq.
