Skim!

I love chocolate, but on a regular basis, definitely skim.

In the Immortal words of Lewis Black... "I don't know a lot, but I know you need a breast to have milk. It'* soy juice, and no one is going to drink soy juice!"

I don't usually drink milk but do have to cook with it and for that its skim milk.
Once you make the adjustment to skim milk you can't really go back; whole milk tastes soooo NASTY now.

So? Tastes good in cereal, works great for cooking. I won't complain. It'* the same concept as a person from another country eating chimp brain raw. Another way to look at it. It hasn't killed very many people....
