As you may know from my previous topic, i've been having some back pain.
I signed up for a year at the local Athletic Club and got a free 15 min massage.
I got the massage today, i've never had a massage before, and it was amazing. After only a 15 minute massage i have no more back pain. Amazing!
Why did i not know about these things before
