I posted a problem with my PC last Friday, I didn't realize that it was still covered under warranty. Hans called me at home bringing to my attention that it was still covered under Dell'* warranty and, in conclusion, I'm having a new 250 Gig Hard Drive with cable sent to my home. I'd like to thank Hans for taking the time to help me out. See original post below:

um, no problem. Bill is right, my job is to keep people happy.

When you get the hard drive in let me know if you have problems, drivers are sometimes a PITA on these (or any computer for that matter).

At least I have a "company legitimate" excuse for being on bc at work.

I received the hard drive, thanks.......but now I have to clean up the hard drive and put what I need saved on disc. That'* gonna take some time. Right now everything is not organised.....My Bad.
