Default Man of the House (Tommy Lee Jones) -movie critics needed

For those who went out and saw it on opening night last night how is this movie? I won 2 passes at work the other day and want to know if it is worth taking the woman to see -we both are very critical of the movies we see and if this is like another Will Farrel movie I'm gonna pass the tickets on to someone from work who enjoys the that kind of humor -too ditzy, immature, and overrated.
I guess I just haven't ever really taken notice of Tommy Lee Jones in movies, but I know some of his movies have been border-line (but both Mel and I admit we've seen alot worse).
We are planning on a late show movie, so I thought I'd check in here with all of you before we waste the tickets (we can always switch to a different theater if this movie is too demented for our tastes'.
Thanks in advance,
Mel & Martin
