Had a fish sandwich with garlic pickle and chips. It'* the Friday sandwich joint we hit at work here. Usually the only day we get away from here at all. I ate strictly non-healthy foods.

I'm trying to build up my heart'* tolerance to chloresterol and hardening arteries.
