Default Loose an hour!

Just remember people that tonight we loose an hour of sleep.

SO for those that have to drive somewhere in the morning be careful. The day after daylight savings time in the spring is the day with the highest accidents.

The opposite for fall, the day after is the safest day to drive.

So put your clocks AHEAD one hour tonight.

I have seen a few shows on it, that because they loose an hour sleep, an already tired population is that much more tired so they are that much worse of a driver.

Whereas in the fall they gain that one hour sleep so they tned to be that much more alrertwhen driving.

Just think about when you are tired and driving, in some cases they are more dnagerous than if they have been drinking.

Plus the fact that was mentioned above, that they are late and drive faster.

And yes we do DST also, LOL.
