You said it yourself there Bill.....lighter is faster!!

The thing I dont get is, the wheelchair folks start earlier than everyone else, then the women, then the men. What happened to equality? And, if you were behind a wheelchair participant, would you hesitate to pass or would you blow by them like an SSEi at WOT??? lmao.....

What'* that old saying : "Red sky at night sailors delight, red sky morning, sailors take warning".........I think that is how it goes. I remember that from when I was a little girl, and my father would say that when we were visiting my grandmother in Saskatchewan, I know there were no sailors there, but whenever there was a red sky in the morning there would be a storm in the afternoon or evening.

I just wish it would quit! My maple trees are all confused and not cooperating. So far this year I have only boiled down 10 quarts of syrup compared to 24 last year. Once they start budding , it'* all over. :?

its still equal, how they start is to stop congestion at the starting line.

each start has its own clock run.

Jim, its not equal if the wheelchair folks get the extra push from the winds were expecting. lol. I'm sure it will be a good run for those who are participating.

And Pete, I hear ya barking man!! I took a half day yesterday thinking I would clean my last Chromie and put them on, but not with the slushy crap were going to get I get no traction now, and with those potenzas? even less. lol Maybe next weekend???
