have any good salad recipes? post them here. were looking for a salad to add to our thanksgiving.

Non-traditional:

Chopped bell peppers (green, yellow, red), avacado, celery, fresh cold peas, water chestnuts, small cherry tomatoes, that kind of thing. No lettuce, but small spinach leaves work well.

Toss it with raspberry vinagrette dressing.

thats a potential. what proportions do you recommend?
