Default looking at a neon . . .

so i was browsing craigslist today, and i happened upon this gem:
http://oklahomacity.craigslist.org/car/648144709.html

so i had to email him and see about a test drive.

heres the email i sent him:

2. you say your taillights are smoked, with the windows tinted 15%, were you smart enough to leave the reverse lights unsmoked?

3. do you have the original rims? they may match the hideous hood, but id rather swap them out

4. what are the brake pads made out of?ceramic, pseudo-ceramic, etc

5. i notice you say the rotors are cross-drilled. will you swap them out with good rotors?

6. you say only you will drive, but how am i supposed to see how it handles, watching you drive? doesnt make much sense.

7. id have to get it repainted to a semi-respectable color. will you knock the $2k to repaint it off the price?

8. i see its modded outrageously. taking that to mean you have beaten the engine/transmission horribly, do you think its reasonable to expect the cost of a new car for it? its 5 years old now.

9. you say youve changed oil every 2500 miles. aside from the lack of research and thought i can only assume went into that, what kind of filter do you use?

it blue-books for $8600 (generous, in my mind). less the cost of a paint job, id be willing to give you $6k. its really not worth that considering its current condition, but i think its probably the best offer youll entertain, with it looking like a clown car.

let me know.

I will take only one trade and that is a small 4 door HONDA/ACURA/TOYOTA+ 12,000 cash
Wow...he wants a trade PLUS 12k?!?! is he out of his mind....I like how he has some engine bay appearance mods listed under the "Go Fasters" section...like the "Polished Tranny Cover" and "Polished Radiator Brackets" Last time i checked they didnt make a car faster...

Black wheels always look ghetto, it doesn't matter matter how much they cost or what kind of car.
