Look at the tails. They look similar.

I've been thinking about it since I saw a porsche 911 turbo * on the road two days ago on the expressway and looked at the tails.. and was like 'odd.. looks like a GXP'

then i remembered that a few min ago, and did that on MSpaint.

uh... not really.

I can however guarantee to you that Porsche did not copy a Bonneville for design ques. I'm just not seeing a resemblence here.

I'm speaking of clear at top, general shape (of outers on the GXP) and the tone of red.

Hmmm.........they do look a tad similar. Both have that cleared look and have the red on bottom. Eric to a PS and get rid of the center red portion of the GXP. I have PS but am still taking online lessons on it.

I noticed that yesterday when I was bouncing from thread to thread. My count didn't go up unless I posted in a different area.

Posts dont count in some sections of the forum and that has been repeated over and over again, if it did my lounge traffic would have me in the 1000'* not just nearing 1k. On Eric'* side And a GXP owner I do see a resemblance, just stretched. And Porsche and any other high end carmakers are not guiltless of copycat engineerind . The roadster rebirth is a prime example... One does it and they all fall in line as they see sales of another rise. Even Caddy is in the game and pushing over 450 hp in the XLS-V. I often wonder why they gave the Solstice such a puny pony. To bad it takes someone Like Mallet and a price that matches the sticker to get one those to growl. If the Solstice came with a 400Hp setup stock, it would have been no contest. I would be driving it instead of a GXP.
