We had a question on a math test once. The question was, "What is Pi?", and everyone tried to remember all they could, and I, being the bad student I was, put ~3.14....

I was one of the only people in the class who got it right, because people forgot the ~ sign

Anyone ever read Sagen'* book "Contact"

I say that since pi is infinitely long that sooner or later any number sequence you want to see will be in there.
