I know how bad this sucks right now. When I was your age my boyfriend got sent to Korea on the 38th Parallel and we could only talk every now and again, I mailed letters and pictures practically every day but I would have to wait a week or so just to get a one page letter but it was the BEST letter!! I missed him terribly.

You just need to surround yourself with your friends and try to stay busy so you won't have time to dwell on missing him so much. Otherwise, it will be a long haul. Besides, he wouldn't want to hear that you are letting this get the best of you especially since it is only a temporary thing.

He just told me last ngiht that he might only have 4 days between training in NJ and leaving for Kuwait. He said he'd pay for me to come out there if he couldn't come home between. Then his mom told me today that she and his dad were thinking about going out but she talked to someone who said that you may not even get to see him bc Ft. Dix is big on keeping them in the right mind set so they don't have a fall back from seeing family. This is making me crazy... I don't know what to think or do. I know it'* the military and they change crap all the time. First off it'* BS that he was about to get out toatally January 22nd of this year and then around Christmas '05 "SURPRISE you're leaving Chad!" WTF is that?! I was so mad, but I figured I'd be busy with the Air Force and have no time to think about it. Well the tables have surely turned on me and now it'* twice as hard to handle. Most of my friends have moved away and I work to pay my bills. I have too many to not work or take time off for anything. I wish I could frickin fall asleep for a whole year and wake up when he'* coming home.
