Don't sweat it. As long as the people involved are in agreement ( which they are) then it has been solved.

I now have no quarrel with you. As far as I'm concerned you explained yourself & this is settled. Please don't any offense at my next remark either. It is just to prove a point, not intended to be an insult towards you.

First off if I wanted to start a fight I could have done it alot better than that.
Secondly, as Mike says, Just because another Bonneville Owner is involved means nothing. Business is business after all & I can tell you that maybe you would feel the exact same way as I did if you shelled out about $1000.00 CAN to start up a business too then someone comes along and tries to "borrow" your company name & logo without asking for permission first! As for the lack of respect part, well I'm 39 years old as compared to you at what much younger? Respect is earned yes, but sometimes you must stand up for what you believe in whatever the cost. If that means I lose your respect because I believe in my company then so be it.

what i was sayin to death is he coulda gone about talkin to sals in a completely more respectful manner. instead he threatend him with legal action, was was completely out of line. the guy was gonna make logos for us, which in a worst case scenario would only HELP deaths business. but wow, look how fast he jumped on that. and to think, that guy is 39 years old. you would think someone of that age would have a little bit of wisdom, knowledge, or something of that sort that would make him think about whut he was goin to say before he said it. im glad you guys worked it out, but i still got no respect for that guy. peace

Well just to let you they did talk about it. Have you heard of the PM in here. Everything was cleared up within that day. He was just stating what he thought was how he could protect himself. He was corrected and evne replied that he was wrong, but I guess you missed that response.
