I just shipped out my PS3 this morning. I waited on the ebgames pre-order line from 11:45pm-9am a few weeks ago, I was #1 pre-order and I ebay'd it. I got $1,600 for it, which means I made about $900 for the 9 hours I waited outside. $100/hr, I can't complain.

I would not even be willing to pay the regular store price - I'm happy with PC games, also I never could get use to the xbox/ps controlers types - only reason I have a xbox is because I won it, and I ended up giving that to my dad.
i dont believe the third one AT ALL! a true numbers matching mint 70 ss 454 chevelle goes for $100,000 plus. well if it was LS6 but still, they go for like $50k plus
kid at my school sat in line for 3 days and he ended up selling his spot in line for $900, thats definitely worth it in my book, but i wouldnt buy one now anyway, they still have to get the bugs worked out, idiots

A 21-year-old Massachusetts man was shot early this morning while waiting in line to buy the video game system outside a Wal-Mart in Putnam, Conn. The victim, identified by police as Michael Penkala of Webster, was taken the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester with a gunshot wound.

In Palmdale, Calif., authorities shut down a Super Wal-Mart after some shoppers got rowdy late Wednesday. In West Bend, Wis., a 19-year-old man was injured when he ran into a pole racing with 50 others for one of 10 spots outside a Wal-Mart.
It'* just crazy.
I was at a local Wal-Mart with my mom Thursday night about 11:45pm. We were in the checkout and there was a line by the service desk where 10 people who reserved their PS3 were going to get it @ midnight. And sure enough a argument broke out with some people about there places in line. The 11th person in question ended up leaving; but all who bought one had 1-2 officers escort them outside to their cars after the police briefed everyone
This is worse then those Starwars people
