......I was inches away from selling my car. It was actually sold to one of my club members. THe reason was that he offered me a job to drive his truck with his cousin. I said ok, at least I'll have a job. I get ready Sunday to leave out and he wanted to keep my car keys and I did because I wasn't going to use the car. I did mention before leaving that I wasn't going to give him my car like that unless he give me $700.00 so I can pay the car off. He has a 89-91 SSE. I was going to buy his car just for registration. The thing is that he wants me to give him my car without paying me 1st. I can't have that. I will look like a fool if I did. I am just thinking about all of this now. I don't even want to drive for him no more.

His truck has no a/c, no air ride suspension, the motor is no good, its a flat top, and is filthy. I can't even get along with his cousin like that. I thought he was cool ppl until then. I mentioned to him that I haven't drove for a year and a half about a couple of months ago because of my license. He awas all cool. When I get in the truck, he turns into a super trucker. I can't stand that! I for 1. don't trust the owner of the truck because I will be getting so called "payed under the table" and no telling if I get my money or not. 2. his cousin don't like to stop and shower. I have decided to keep my car and fix on it, get a steady job, even go back to school. I hope I actually do all of this, if a couple of things so I can be happy again. i still want a black SSEi but I guess I can wait.

Can I presume you have a computer?
Print off your resume about 50 times and just take a day or two and travel all across the city takin it to trucking places.. some are probably off a ways in subburbs... but you gotta find them... I would never work under the table... find a good safe place... do some homework... search around... Lots of good places out there... I fail to believe that you can't find a good trucking job in the manufacturing core...

Trucking places isn't going to accept me now. My licesne is still suspended. The only reason I was offered to drive his truck is because he wanted to work a deal out with me. I drive his truck with his cousin(that way if I did get pulled over we can switch seats and he can take tha heat for me and I pay the fine) and that he wanted to buy my car.
