He sent me an email to see how Lori and I were coming along on our Respirator (SCBA) training/certification:

We were almost done, and have now torn up our certs and docs beacause of the attitude I just copped. It'* worn off on Lori, also.
We refuse to do any further work on this until:
1. Ground Beef and Ground Turkey are provided in the 7/24 (5/10) on Burrito day.
2. A working laminator is provided at my desk. Or Lori'*. I'm out of space.
3. A COLOR copy machine is installed next to Derek'* desk.
4. The wall in the cleanroom is completed to turn the corner.
5. HVLS 6 is converted to a benchtop system.
6. LPX is converted 193nm with all new optics on the table.
7. A fully-stocked beer refridgerator is installed in Bay 2 (this can be called a 'chiller' if need be)
Thank you for your consideration.

UPDATE. No response so far. But I know he read it. He just sent out the minutes to our Staff meeting yesterday, and I replied:
(I'm hoping my help with his '95 SC Riviera will bode well for me in my endeavor)
You can't ignore the issues at hand indefinitely. I anxiously await your reply to my previous correspondence.

UPDATE:
Ted just left for the day. No reply to my demands other than laughing at me as he walked by my desk. I feel hurt, slighted, and ignored. In fact, I refuse to do any further work today as a result.

I have now spoken with his daughter, Kate, who is babysitting for a friend. I've let her know how upset I am, and to convey my feelings to him when she gets home.
Kate tells me that she asked for a dog last night, and that he just laughed at her. I think I understand now, that laughter is 'no'. Kate and I are teaming up in order to break him down and get our demands met.
(she just read all this, and is laughing also....don't know exactly what that means)

I think you might get everything but the LPX converted. The 193nm conversion can only be done in 10 places in the country and I think the nearest one to you is San Diego.
