To shoot and kill your friend if he finds it necessary to hold your engine at fuel cutoff in park for 5 minutes? And then tells you, "it does nothing bad, just makes it sound cool?"

Can I legally kill him now?

Second report, apparently he has also been dropping it into gear at about 4k rpms. Oh... he..is so screwed.
