Granted this is old. The STS-V is now rated @ 469hp vs the 449hp originally expected. It lacks the torque of the AMG E55 but has the same hp. The STS-V has a 6 speed auto vs. the 5 speed with the AMG. I am anxiously awaiting a battle between the two.
