Default Lakeville Sucks

This post brought to you by, I now hate Lakeville. NOT LakevilleSSEi, but the actual city itself. I moved to Lakeville in 1992. Lakeville had only 10,000 people in it. I was able to do whatever I wanted, ( whenever I wasn't grounded). My family moved here to live in the country. HAHAHAHA, yea. From 1992 to 1997 Lakeville, Minnesota was really cool. I could four wheel, hunt, fish, hike, and do whatever I wanted behind my own house. Now it sucks. Rich spoiled yppies have taken over. I can no longer snowmobile, fish, or even hike behind my house without police questioning me. Lakeville now has 55,000 poeple vs the 10,000 it had back in 1992. Lakeville, MN was cool, now it sucks. I want out, NOW!

I hear you to a certain extent. Grand Blanc has become much the same way. Used to be a beautiful area with rolling hills and farm land. Now it seems that every square foot of the township has been taken over by developers.

McMansions have turned my count into -THE- most expensive county to live in in the entire country.

I feel your pain.

We were glad to have moved the hell away from that **** hole called Houston Texas. I know what your talking about when it comes to inflation. My next door neighbors house was ATTACHED to mine I made it very clear that I will never move back to a city or suburbian area. Too much stress, over population, and crime.

yeah I hate all the overdeveloping, just leads to problems like overcrowded schools and town budget problems... I'm lucky though, my dad and his brother own 210 acres of land in Hanson, Massachusetts, so we can go four wheeling, and driving an Isuzu Trooper in the woods. Me and a few friends also have a "field car"... it'* a 1989 Toyota Tercel that we bought in Boston off some kid for 50 bucks... we just spray painted it and beat it around a field.. I'll post pics sometime...

but yeah, inflation and over developing are the devil

ahaha my last town was shrinking..just moved to this town which population has doubled in only a couple years. Lots of customer service and potato processoring corperations are moving in and making all sorts of jobs, actually nearly every fast food joint is hiring since there are jobs that pay twice as much doing office work or potato work.
