does that 4 cyl really have a lot of punch? someone I know keeps telling me he can beat me. I dont believe it.

Well, I guess it'* not bad for a 4 banger (150hp), but he'* nuts if he thinks he can take you. Maybe he can get a small jump on you from a stop, but any lead he would have on you would not last long IMO. Mine'* geared at 3.91. I decided one day to finally test it out, and I sadly maxed out at only 105mph :( It feels quicker on the highway when passing and so forth, but other than the high revving to get a nice sig pic, I baby this car because I don't want to kill my tranny. I don't feel as safe when I punch it as compared to when I had the 4T60E in the Bonne and Cutlass.

Maybe when I make it up to Toronto in a few weeks I'll let you know what happens when me and Jim W go at it on the streets.
