yeah that talking on the phone law is crap I mean even with a headset you still usually have to pick up the phone to answer or hang up or even see who it is plus people smoke with one hand off the wheel so whats the difference. :?

i think thats a good idea, but that is age descrimination. it should be all or nothing. something along the lines of "created EQUAL" comes to mind.

its better than nothing IMO... not sure how long it has been around, but it'* on the DMV website. a couple years i think.
