Default kinda dumb question...

Trying to pull the bellhousing and stuff off that old 350 I got in the shed. Does anyone know a way to turn the bolts on the bellhousing without the engine turning over?

If it has headers you can put a bar in there to keep it from rolling.

If it doesn't have headers, Lay it on it side and have someone put their weight on the top end. Vavlve covers is a good place.
