if he got 10 years.. He is only getting 93 days i believe.. Which is ridiculous. Because he just got out of jail for killing a goose the day he dragged the dog, has high and drunk when he was latter pulled over, had drugs in his Tahoe and was ALREADY on probation

Especially in Michigan. Raptors near right. I saw on a news report that inmates there are doing a 1 for 10 ratio. Even repeat offenders. The report had an interview with a Bank Robber who calmly stated this was his second time in, will do about 18 months, (Time in before conviction counted) and it was worth the chance of succeeding. Maybe we shouldn't even jail them anymore. Just take off an arm per offense. Then truly, "2 strikes and your out"

You know what they say, "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind." I don't think doing to him what he has done is the answer. He'* clearly not right in the head so he needs to be in a mental hospital. That'* the only way we can help this kid.
