i dont know if any one else has seen this but they mention that its the only SUV with a standard v6 engine....is that BS? cause they surely dont put 4-bangers in em. is it because all of em come with standard v8s?

They were talking about that class of SUV'*. The smaller ones like Honda CRV, Toyo Rav-4, Mazda Tribute. All come with 4-bangers standard.

I think there fine vehicles! There isn't anything wrong with them! Has anyone looked at the warrenty latley! If i was in the market for an suv and couldn't go for the gold, i'd go for a kia sorento. You guys make it sound like they have a plague! All of us know that the bonnie is possed to the publics eye as a grandma car, but it'* not. So don't judge a book by it'* cover. We know how it is, don't turn around and do it to something else.

But thats just my opinion!LOL!

I had one of the first Hyundais brought to the states, back in 87. Pretty reliable little car, as long as you don't leave it with the "what does maintenance mean" wife...

a friend of mine went to the local hyundai dealer where he had seen a '94 Z28 that he was interested in (he had been in a week earlier and made his interest quite clear and they sent the car to auction) well he was not exactly happy at them sending the Z28 to auction. the salesman suggested he look into another "sports car" they had on the lot. so he agreeded to look at it. the salesman took him over to a V-6 Tiberon (or however you spell it) with their 6 speed manual, and the salesman talked him into taking it for a test drive. his first complaint was the shifter, which was as he put it "notchy as hell". the second complaint came up after attempting to leave a stoplight as quickly as possible. when the light turned green he brought the revs up to around 4500, then proceded to dump the clutch and go WOT. the engine then began to bounce off the rev limiter with the clutch fully enguaged. he let off after a second or 3. the salesman then said "Haven't shifted in a while, have you?". he took the car back to the dealer at this point and when he got out of the car, the smell of burnt brakes greeted him, only thing is he didn't test the brakes. he then thanked the salesman for his time and informed him he would not be interested in the car. this was a brand new car, and common people, you can't make a clutch that can catch on a 4500 RPM dump on your "sports car"???
