My son was cleaning a vacant apt and found a GM Key Fob under the 'fridge and wants to see if he could make a buck or two. The GM # is 15132197 and FCCID is LJH011. Is this anything that we could use?

I did google it and found it for sale everywhere but not what it'll work with.
