Are you trying to tell us that someone in the legal world has half a brain?

From a psych background, I think that a lot of her problems are caused from depression. Taking her kids from her is only going to exasperate the problem.

While she definitely hasn't been anywhere near a good parent, nobody should celebrate kids being taken away from the parents....

i disagree. there should be no celebration of having to take kids away from parents, but there are instances where there should be celebration of the kids having an opportunity to have lives which resemble "normalcy".

it will exacerbate her problems, no doubt. but whos more important? her, or her kids? i vote for the people who still have hopes of turning out normally.

I'm surprised it took this long. She'* a damn drug addict. In Iowa(to the best of my knowlege), if they even SUSPECT you may be tied into drugs, they take your kids, THEN investigate to see if the allegations are factual. In order to actually take a child/children away from a parent, said child/children need to actually HAVE a parent to begin with....

good deal, now lets see if we can't get michael jackson away from kids...

I personally don't think that either Britney or K-Fed are suitable parents. K-Fed is no better, he just hasn't been in the headlines lately. For now I suppose K-Fed getting the kids is okay, but in the long-run, neither are good parents. Children shouldn't have to suffer because their parents are morons! Hopefully this will get Britney to turn her **** around and grow up.

Of course K-Fed wanted custody of those kids. He could use the Child Support
