so im in the ford ASSET program and i started my internship on monday at a ford dealer close to home, i step in the service manager is like "well for thefirst week you will mostly just be observing your mentor tech and learning how tihngs work around here" then i get into the shop and my mentor tech says "youre swapping the engine on this 02 cougar" first day ont he job and i started an engine swap, i was supervised but still doing the work, took monday and tuesday to finish it but that was deifnitley a learning experience, the various fluid changes i did today seem trivial compared to it
