Don't remove the strut bar unless you have a torque wrench.

I never remove the bar, and never crawl in the engine. Plug and wire changes take me about 15-20 minutes.

It'* just a matter of learning the tricks, and which tools/extensions to use for which plug. You don't have to see what you're doing on the back side. Honestly, I've gotten to the point where the front fan supports bug me more than anything on the rear.
