I had a 1995 Aurora many years ago and loved it alot. I recently bought a pontiac bonneville GXP that I am financing. I saw an Aurora on Ebay that looked good and bought it cash. Am I silly getting this car just for the sake of wanting it?

Is it another 1995? From what I gather, 1995 was a more problematic year for reliability; I would think that caused the poor resale value - hey, if GM got the kinks out by 96/97, you could get a good car for cheap thanks to that. Somebody'* loss is your gain

And you're asking car people that question? The answer is ALWAYS, "Buy It", lol.

Just to clarify, Shadow used to have a 95, the one he bought on Ebay is a beauty 96. Should compliment his GXP rather well wouldnt you say?

Oh its a 1996 not a 1995. I had so many problems with my 95 but I loved it so much. It will be my daily driver i guess but I will never label it as a beater. It was gonna get a 2000 SSEi as they are rockets but could not find the right condition for the price.
