I like working in tech support..

However customers that purchase products like fibresans with 100TB of storage or a server with 4 processors and 64GB of ram generally know where the start menu is

still somewhat stressful but easier I would say. However we are having a hard time finding people with technical qualifications to fill some positions here on the phone.

oh yeah well I worked in car sales for the last 6 months.......the last 3 was basically minumum wage payed for working only 30 hours a week when I worked 50.....commision only sales sucks!

well im probably most under paid Tech support person out there $10.50 ahour, every one else i know in this type of field make 15+ a hour

they laughed at me when i asked where i could get a new cup holder for my computer... i dont understand.
