Not always... My mom tried for years to get the school to call me Louis, but nooooo.... My first name stuck. Bastages!! I actually had a class in high school, electronics, where all 8 of us were John.... Made roll call a blast!

lol... I had that in school... there was another guy with my name, and the same first letter of the last name. I was basicly known by my last name which was kinda neat.

I thought his name was Mr. Muffin. But I guess he has enough names and doesn't need any extra. Do ya Jim??
