Saw my name figured I'd look.
As much as it pains me to say it, the Red Sox were the best team in the American League this year. The way they played and the way they're structured, the Sox remind me of the 96-01 Yankees. Couple of super stars in the middle, everyone else is at very least above average, and a drop dead pitching staff. God help the Rockies (PLEASE!)
BTW Bill, I did get your phone call but I've been a bit busy. I took up hiking again (participated in a program called Hike for Discovery with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society which took me hiking into the Grand Canyon). I'll return your call before Halloween.
