Dark Side of the Moon is definetly one of the best albums of all time.

Why did I wait till last summer to get into classic rock?

That'* the next purchase for sure. I've heard it before, but they didn't have it at target. This was just under $10 this week at the local target too.

I'd love to get The Wall on vinyl, but then i'd have to find our record player and fix it, (doesn't drive consistantly) or get a new one. (getting tempted to raid it and the parents dusty album collection this weekend) And I still haven't listened to Dark side through the ol' B&W'*...

What else is good for classic rock album recomendations? Or whats you guys' favorite songs from then?

Rush - 2112 (or anything up to Grace Under Pressure)

Ozzy Ozbourne - Blizzard of Oz

AC/DC - Back in Black, Hells Bells

Lynyrd Skynyrd - just get "Gold and Platinum"

Trying to remember what else is floating around in my car.....

Good call! ZZ Top is always a good move. George Thoroughgood (yeah, I butchered the spelling) is great, too. The song "Bad to the Bone" kinda brings up some bad memories tho. Heard that song, as loud as the PA would play it, every freakin' morning at 5 AM for 2 months at MP School. Bravo10 Bulldogs! Bad to the Bone!! NOW WAKE UP!!!

Bob Segar...all of his are hits, IMO.

I also like Freebird by Lynyrd Skynyrd. One of my favorites. BTO has some good tunes, too.
