From talking to darkshadow on here, and then meeting him at our chicago meet he is totally different in person. He seemed to be more outgoing on here, but in person he'* actually kind of shy. But he'* a really nice guy once you get him talking lol.

I think the biggest surprise to me here.. was... Boosty.
When i first Joined BC and watched the posting that went on and got to posting my own questions and stuff. i thought boosty was not going to be as friendly and as nice as he is.
I think of him now has a long lost Brother
Everything time i hang out with him or i goto his house. its like im at my brothers house and it feels like home. For the Most part. everyone is a little diffrent from online to in person. you can not Judge a person by just reading what they wrote.

Willwren, i really dont know him much but he does come off as a hard *** but you can tell he has a soft side. Just seems to be a man of few words. If i ever make it to the west coast i will give you my opinion lol

Maybe the same guy that came out back to the fire at NEBF and said something like, bill has great neighbors and it is 9 oclock so i am going to have everyone to shut the hell up lol. Well in a much nicer way.
My opinion on this would be, in order to keep a forum running like this and keep the bullshit to a mininum then you must be a hard ***.
The biggest hard *** on this forum is billboost...... yes yes i know he tries to look innocent but he isnt. Ask squirlly, he just about chocked him at NEBF for leaving the house door open. (J/P bill, you know your not the bad *** type)

Some people here are quite true to form and others are the opposite of what you'd expect.
For example, in person WillWren is a nice guy that will help with anything. If we look through his Admin duties..we do actually see that. The thing that surprised me was how old and short he is in person.
The one thing that never ceases to amaze me is how 99% of all members will go out of their way to help others, hands down.. the people I have met here have turned into some of the best friends and group of folks you'd ever know.

Will I think you come off more as the a-h because in most threads you go right for the meat of the issue with little else said and you don't have a problem saying 'wrong!' to anyone; and being soo overworked, look at your post count <geez>, and admin duties you don't stop to chit-chat as often as we'd like. So it comes off a little unpolished, if you get my drift.
Me, I don't have a problem with that, I take your advice/knowledge and learn from it then move on to the next topic a little wiser.
