My first attempt at making a SoCo Manhattan...not good. I think...I KNOW...I used too much Vermouth. I think most recipes call for sweet Vermouth, but since SoCo is sweet I used dry Vermouth (M&R extra dry). My bartender uses dry. His are awesome.
So basically I screwed it up and had a 16oz. glass full of mostly SoCo and a couple ounces of Vermouth. I'm almost done...but the Vermouth is a bit overbearing. I have a Dogfish Head brew to wash it down.
