I've been a hiring manager where I work for several years now. I have a job interview coming up Friday for a job that I really want and I'm nervous as hell. Seems like I should be pretty cool headed considering I interview people all the time and know that they're nervous too. Just think it'* ironic to feel this way even though I'm on the opposite side of the table ALL the time.

Calmness comes when you aren't worried about getting the job. Look at it this way, you have a job and would like this other one. Don't need it though... you have nothing to lose overall.

I had my interview today with one of the hiring managers and I think it went pretty well! He kept saying stuff like "that'* exactly what we're looking for when we hire someone." I just got an email from the Human Resource director for the job and it said...

When I was interviewed at P&G i met with one person then 2 days later met with 4 then 3 days later met with the Team Leader the HR manager the Plant Manager and had a medical. all in a week.
