Yeah, I'm up late again. It'* almost 3:30am here. I'm just finding too much stuff on the interwebs to sleep!

That is your body'* way of telling you that you are tired and sleep is imminent, you are just fighting back sleep for some reason.
To get to sleep earlier, go to bed earlier. You may also try resetting your Circadian rythm by lowering the lights in your home or adjusting the temperature. Many subtle factors affect the time you feel sleepy. Try eating your final meal of the day earlier.
Of course if your work/school schedule keeps you up at odd hours, you just have to suck it up and try to sleep when you can.

I sometimes find myself reading old posts to keep me occupied.

And, yes, I am a huge loser. lol But I work nights at work, and usually go to bed at around the same time every night. I try to be in bed by 2:45am, since I have to be up around 10:45am. Sometimes on my weekends I'll stay up passed that, but due to my body being in a sleep cycle I usually am dead tired.

I just wasn't getting tired the other day...

then its official, we will start post whoring late at night so when the mods wake up in the morning they will have to delete it all
